Luis Garcia, a 21-year-old resident of Santa Ana, California, tragically lost his life on July 11, 2022. The incident occurred in the early afternoon when Santa Ana Police Communications received a call reporting a male bleeding on the east side of the street at Grand Avenue and McFadden Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found Luis Garcia suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper torso. Despite being transported to the hospital in critical condition, Garcia succumbed to his injuries two days late ...
