Death by Force

Kevin Sotelo, a 24-year-old resident of Santa Ana, California, was tragically killed on the night of March 24, 2016. Sotelo was riding his bicycle in the 4000 block of West Hazard Avenue when he was approached by multiple individuals in a vehicle.
