Kevin Sotelo, a 24-year-old resident of Santa Ana, California, was tragically killed on the night of March 24, 2016. Sotelo was riding his bicycle in the 4000 block of West Hazard Avenue when he was approached by multiple individuals in a vehicle. The assailants opened fire, shooting Sotelo multiple times before fleeing the scene. Despite the prompt response from emergency services, Sotelo was pronounced dead at the scene.
