Noe Cabanas, a 22-year-old resident of Santa Ana, California, tragically lost his life on May 13, 2018, in a shooting incident. The Santa Ana Police Department responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 10:26 PM on that day. The incident occurred at 300 South Halladay Street in Santa Ana. Upon arrival, officers found Noe Cabanas suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
