Raul Rios, a 26-year-old resident of Santa Ana, California, tragically lost his life in the early hours of December 3, 2017. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. in an alley behind 923 S. Standard Avenue. Rios was found suffering from a gunshot wound and was quickly transported to a local trauma center by Orange County Fire Authority personnel.
