On September 4, 2016, 16-year-old Alex Ramirez tragically lost his life in Santa Ana, California. The incident occurred at a residence on Hazard Avenue, where Ramirez was shot in the upper body. Initially, the incident was reported as a drive-by shooting, but further investigation revealed inconsistencies in the story provided by witnesses.
