Alfredo Torres, a 34-year-old father of five, was tragically shot and killed on the night of May 11, 2016, in Arvin, California. Torres was walking home in the 500 block of Monroe Street around 11:04 p.m. when he was struck by gunfire. His body was discovered lying in a driveway, just three blocks away from his home.
