On January 21, 2024, at approximately 9:46 p.m., 31-year-old Adrian Avila was fatally shot at the intersection of Walnut Drive and Sycamore Road in Arvin, California. Emergency responders arrived on the scene, but Avila was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
