Moses Joseph De La Fuente, a 32-year-old resident of Arvin, California, tragically lost his life on December 10, 2018. The incident occurred in the evening when Arvin police responded to reports of gunshots in the area of Langford Avenue near Cardiff and Stockton avenues. Upon arrival, officers discovered De La Fuente suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
