Bulmaro Martinez, a 29-year-old Latino man, tragically lost his life on June 1, 2016, in Los Angeles, California. Martinez was found with gunshot wounds in the 200 block of South Alvarado Street in the Westlake neighborhood. The incident unfolded during the morning rush hour when officers from the Los Angeles Police Department's Rampart Division responded to a call about a traffic incident outside a clinic.
