Armando Phillip Barba, a 43-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on June 22, 2020, in Venice, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, Barba was shot near 119 Lincoln Blvd. The incident occurred around 9:15 p.m. in the parking lot of a CVS Pharmacy and Whole Foods.
