Robert Daniel Vasquez, a 21-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on October 4, 2014, in the Echo Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:30 a.m., when police received multiple radio calls reporting gunshots in the area.
