Alex Goodwin, a 22-year-old aspiring rapper from Berkeley, California, was tragically killed on the night of August 18, 2016. The incident occurred just before midnight in the San Pablo Park neighborhood. According to reports, officers responded to a call and found Goodwin unresponsive.
