Emmanuel Pacheco, a 31-year-old resident of La Puente, was tragically shot and killed in San Bernardino on September 19, 2016. The incident occurred early in the morning in the 100 block of Mount Vernon Avenue. According to reports, Pacheco was shot in the leg and was found lying on the ground by officers who responded to calls of a shooting in the area.
