Reginald Bland, age 24, was fatally shot on March 10, 2016, in San Bernardino, California, in what appeared to be a gang-related incident. The shooting took place late at night on North Roxbury Drive. Bland died at the scene, while another victim, Sirvanti Campbell, aged 20, succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital.
