Christopher Frank Beasley, a 25-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on September 25, 2016, in West Carson, California. The incident occurred around 4:15 p.m. in the 22800 block of South Van Deene Avenue, where Beasley and his younger brother were standing on the porch outside their family’s condominium.
