Robert Gutierrez, a 47-year-old resident of Milpitas, California, was tragically shot and killed on September 29, 2016. Gutierrez, who had been living behind the Sunnyhills Shopping Center, was discovered by police in the early morning hours suffering from a gunshot wound.
