Matthew Rios, a 30-year-old resident of Milpitas, California, tragically lost his life on June 17, 2019, in a freeway shooting incident. Rios was driving home from work on Interstate 680 when he was shot and found unresponsive in his car near the Landess Avenue exit. Despite efforts to revive him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
