Alex Kenneth Brumbaugh, a 27-year-old resident of Martinez, California, tragically lost his life on January 17, 2017, in Antioch, CA. On that fateful evening, police were dispatched to East 13th Street near Simmons Street following reports of a vehicle that had crashed into a residence.
