Humberto Cisneros Ruiz, a 23-year-old resident of Dos Palos, California, tragically lost his life on January 20, 2017. The incident occurred early in the morning when Dos Palos police received a call about a shooting at a residence on the 1900 block of South McDonald Road. Upon arrival, officers found Humberto Cisneros Ruiz inside the home with a gunshot wound to his upper torso. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
