On February 15, 2015, 17-year-old Luis David Leon was tragically shot and killed in Dos Palos, California. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. near Palo Alto Street and Palm Avenue. Leon suffered a single gunshot wound to the upper body, which proved fatal.
