On October 3, 2022, the tragic deaths of 8-month-old Aroohi Dheri, her parents Jasdeep Singh and Jasleen Kaur, and her uncle Amandeep Singh shocked the community of Dos Palos, California. The family was kidnapped at gunpoint from their trucking business in Merced County by Jesus Manuel Salgado, a former employee with a history of criminal activity.
