Justin Sessions, a 25-year-old resident of Oakland, California, was tragically shot and killed on the evening of February 13, 2017. The incident occurred around 7:59 p.m. in the 2000 block of East 21st Street in East Oakland. Sessions was transported to a nearby hospital following the shooting but was pronounced dead shortly after arrival at 8:17 p.m. The circumstances surrounding his presence in the neighborhood at the time of the shooting remain unclear, and police have not disclosed specific ...
