Omar Luciano-Jesus Magallanes, a 22-year-old resident of Bell Gardens, California, tragically lost his life on February 27, 2017. According to reports, Magallanes was walking with a friend on the east side of Ajax Avenue when a car approached them from the north. An individual inside the vehicle opened fire, striking Magallanes multiple times. His friend, a 16-year-old, was unharmed. The vehicle then sped away, heading north.
