Jose Omar Pacas-Marquez, a 35-year-old resident of Bell Gardens, California, tragically lost his life on January 29, 2018. According to reports, Pacas-Marquez was at home with his family when an unknown individual knocked on his door. The person at the door was described as a black male adult. Pacas-Marquez stepped outside to speak with the individual, and shortly thereafter, gunshots were heard.
