Jorge Martinez, a 44-year-old resident of San Bruno, was tragically shot and killed in San Francisco's Mission District on March 17, 2017. The incident occurred around 12:50 a.m. near the intersection of 19th and Capp streets. Martinez was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
