Pliant James McKinney Jr., a 29-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, California, tragically lost his life on June 13, 2017. McKinney was the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred in the early hours of the morning. The incident took place near the 21800 block of Dreacea Avenue, where deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff's Department responded to reports of gunfire.
