James Black, a 42-year-old former U.S. Marine and fugitive recovery agent from Lake Elsinore, California, tragically lost his life on December 3, 2019, in Moreno Valley. Black was attempting to apprehend Chad James Green, a 41-year-old fugitive with an outstanding felony warrant for probation violation and bail forfeiture. The incident occurred at a motel on Sunnymead Boulevard, where Black located Green. During the confrontation, Green allegedly shot Black, resulting in his death. Black's dedic ...
