On December 24, 2018, Noe Reyes, a 25-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, California, was tragically killed in a shooting incident. The incident occurred around 5:23 p.m. near the Rio Rancho Supermall complex on Perris Boulevard. Reyes and another man, whose identity was not disclosed, were both shot and subsequently transported to Riverside University Medical Center. Unfortunately, Reyes succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at 6:03 p.m. that evening.
