Death by Force

On September 3, 2023, at approximately 2:11 a.m., Riverside County Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of an assault with a deadly weapon in the 21800 block of Dracaea Avenue in Moreno Valley, California. Upon arrival, they discovered two men lying in the street with gunshot wounds. The victims were identified as Bryan Garcia, 21, and Ruben Perez, 22, both residents of Moreno Valley.
