Upon arrival, they discovered two men lying in the street with gunshot wounds. The victims were identified as Bryan Garcia, 21, and Ruben Perez, 22, both residents of Moreno Valley. Tragically, both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
While deputies were securing the crime scene, a third male victim arrived at a local hospital seeking treatment for gunshot injuries believed to have been sustained during the same incident. Authorities reported that this individual was in stable condition and expected to survive.
