On the evening of March 7, 2018, Jeremiah Ascencio, a 17-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, California, was tragically killed in a shooting incident. Jeremiah, known affectionately as "Lil JJ," was with his older brother, Elijah "Eli" Ascencio, outside a Jack in the Box restaurant located at Old Lake Drive and Sunny Mead Ranch Parkway.
