On December 22, 2024, at approximately 7:21 p.m., deputies from the Moreno Valley Station responded to reports of a major traffic collision in the 13000 block of Leota Court in Moreno Valley, California. Upon arrival, they discovered 41-year-old Banning resident, Donneal Eugene Jones, deceased with apparent gunshot wounds.
