Marshawn Byrd, an 18-year-old resident of San Francisco, was tragically killed on July 15, 2017. The latter charge stemmed from a separate incident on July 10, 2017, where the same suspect allegedly shot and wounded a 32-year-old man on Innes Avenue. The suspect was booked at the Juvenile Justice Center following his arrest.
