Daniel Beltran, an 18-year-old resident of San Francisco, tragically lost his life on July 22, 2014. The incident occurred in the early hours at the Henry Hotel, located near the corner of Sixth and Mission Streets. Beltran was shot following an altercation in the hotel lobby. According to reports, Beltran and a friend had entered the hotel around 5 a.m., allegedly to purchase marijuana. However, they mistakenly knocked on the wrong door, leading to a confrontation.
