Kiara LaSalle, a 17-year-old from Sacramento, California, tragically lost her life on September 1, 2017. Kiara, who had a developmental disability, was a recent high school graduate with aspirations to attend Sacramento City College. She was known for her dedication to dance, her work in retail, and her volunteer efforts at an animal shelter.
