On September 15, 2023, a tragic incident occurred at The Eleven Hundred Apartments on Howe Avenue in Sacramento, California, resulting in the deaths of three individuals. The Sacramento County Coroner's Office identified the deceased as 51-year-old Katina "Tina" Elliott Escobar, 60-year-old Pamela Elliott, and 46-year-old Jeremie Dewitt Jr.
