Rhonda Lee Martin Scheffler, a 17-year-old from Sacramento, California, tragically lost her life on September 11, 1978. Rhonda and her friend, Kippi Vaught, were abducted from the parking lot of a Sacramento shopping mall. Their bodies were discovered two days later in a rural area outside of Sacramento.
