Chad Huber, a 20-year-old from Los Alamitos, California, was tragically killed on October 6, 1998. The incident occurred at a Shell gas station in Los Alamitos, where Huber, a reputed member of the white supremacist gang 'Orange County Skins,' encountered Pedro Jesse Sanchez, a member of the 'Under No Authority' gang.
