Adrian Segoviano, a 22-year-old resident of San Pablo, California, tragically lost his life on the night of September 10, 2017. The incident occurred around 8:25 p.m. when police responded to reports of a shooting on the 1800 block of Powell Street. Upon arrival, officers found Segoviano in the driveway of a home, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of paramedics, Segoviano was pronounced dead at the scene.
