Michael Kelly, a 20-year-old resident of San Pablo, California, was tragically shot to death on May 10, 2014. The incident occurred around 9:20 p.m. outside a residence on the 1300 block of Stanton Avenue. Witnesses reported seeing a dark-colored SUV pull up, a window roll down, and a shooter fire several bullets, striking Kelly multiple times.
