Robel Tadesse, a 22-year-old resident of Richmond, California, tragically lost his life on the night of July 9, 2019, in San Pablo, California. The incident occurred around 9:23 p.m. on Stanton Avenue, where officers found Tadesse with a single gunshot wound. Despite efforts by police and paramedics to revive him, Tadesse was pronounced dead at the scene.
