Charles Michael Johnson III, a 30-year-old resident of Richmond, was involved in a tragic incident on August 24, 2024, in San Pablo, California. The incident occurred around 8:20 p.m. on the 1300 block of 23rd Street, just north of Richmond High School. Johnson was driving a silver Dodge Charger at a high rate of speed when he veered into the northbound lane and struck a 51-year-old pedestrian.
