Alex Giovani Zepeda, a 19-year-old college student from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on October 28, 2017. Zepeda was attending a Halloween party in Wilmington, a neighborhood in Los Angeles, when the incident occurred. According to reports, Zepeda stepped outside the party around 1:45 a.m. to hang out with other attendees. It was at this moment that a person approached him and opened fire.
