Ellis Edgar Calvin III, a 21-year-old man from Los Angeles, was tragically shot and killed on October 6, 2016. The incident occurred in the 1200 block of West 109th Street in the Westmont neighborhood. According to reports, Calvin and a female friend were sitting in a car parked in Calvin's driveway when a black man approached and began shooting.
