On the morning of April 18, 2023, in Franklin, Texas, 39-year-old Cody Albers was fatally shot at his residence on Red Rock Road. Emergency dispatchers received a call reporting gunfire at approximately 9:46 a.m. Upon arrival, Robertson County Sheriff's deputies discovered Cody with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper torso and head.
