Adrian Alexander Hernandez, a 17-year-old Latino, tragically lost his life on August 4, 2015, in Pacoima, Los Angeles. The incident occurred near the intersection of Terra Bella Street and Bromont Avenue. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Hernandez was shot and killed in a residential neighborhood.
