Kevin Prado, a 29-year-old man, was tragically shot to death on August 18, 2022, in the Torrance area near the Harbor Gateway neighborhood of Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 6:15 p.m. when deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department responded to reports of a shooting in the 1200 block of Torrance Boulevard.
