Andy Medina, a 20-year-old resident of Arvin, California, was tragically found dead on December 2, 2017, in Lamont, California. Early that morning, officers from the Kern County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of a shooting at the intersection of Waco Avenue and School Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Medina suffering from major injuries, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
