Carlos Vicente Gomez, a 21-year-old resident of Lamont, California, tragically lost his life on July 6, 2018. On that fateful evening, Carlos and another individual, Simon Prieto, were gunned down in front of a market at the intersection of Paradise Road and Waco Avenue.
