Carlos Manuel Ramirez, a 20-year-old resident of Lamont, California, was tragically found dead on December 12, 2022. His body was discovered at Bear Mountain Park, located on San Diego Street, around 8 a.m. The Kern County Coroner's Office determined that Ramirez died from multiple gunshot wounds, and his death was classified as a homicide.
