Ismael Armando Gutierrez Jr., a 21-year-old resident of Arvin, California, tragically lost his life on December 17, 2017. Gutierrez had been celebrating his 21st birthday with family and friends just hours before the incident. In the early hours of that Sunday, he and a 19-year-old woman were shot in Arvin.
